“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” – Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV)
Change is a constant that fuels innovation and growth. William Pollard’s words remind us that without a willingness to embrace change, we remain stuck, unable to innovate or improve. This mirrors God’s desire for us to let go of the past and be open to the new things He is doing in our lives. Innovation requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to step into uncharted territory.
God is continually creating and transforming; as His people, we are called to reflect that creativity by being open to change. When we allow Him to work in us, we’re empowered to create and improve, trusting that He will guide us in every new step.
How can you embrace change to encourage growth and improvement in your work or life?
